Cake truffles keep for up to two weeks covered and refigerated, five days at room temperature, we do not recommend freezing cake truffles because chocolate coating may crack, but if you must they will last for up to six weeks frozen. As a matter of preference, truffles are served best cold, room temperature or by the dozen!
