What kind of cookies are available?
Sugar cookies...rolled and iced by hand. Our sugar cookies are soft, sweet and cake-like
and our icing is creamy vanilla sugar. We also offer a variety of biscotti, chocolate chips, peanut butter, snowballs, thumbprints
and lady locks.
How long does it take to receive my cookies?
Most orders are filled and delivered within 7 days (3-5 days
prep time, 3-4 day ground shipping). A few exceptions are the month of December, when orders take 11 days from order to
delivery, and all special event orders are taken 6 weeks in advance.
How wil I receive my cookies?
Your bridal order
may be delivered locally in pgh, pa. to the venue address you specify for a charge of $20.00, Delivery address
and directions will be cofirmed by phone or email.
All other orders are shipped UPS or Fed Ex ground 3-4 days.
How will I
know if my email order has been received?
All orders are confirmed by a phone call, or email. Yes, a real live person will go
over every detail of your order, including the price total, so that everything is the way you want it, with no suprises.
What if I
want to change or cancel my order?
All orders are confirmed by a phone call or email before we even start on it, that way there is
no confusion and changes can be made ahead of time. However, complete payment is made at the time of ordering.
How do I
pay for my cookies?
Cash, check, money order (payable to Bailey's Dozen Cookie Co.) and all major credit cards and paypal accounts.
Do You accept credit cards?
Yes! See our order pages...secure payments through paypal's site.
Do you ship cookies outside of Pittsburgh?
Yes!
You may enter your UNITED STATES address at checkout.
How long wil my cookies stay fresh?
Once you receive your cookies, they
will stay fresh and soft in the container or bag they came in for 7-10 days. No refrigeration needed.
If you store them in
an air-tight tin, in a cool, dry place they should stay fresh and soft for up to two weeks. Freeze up to one month.
What if I
haven't received a confirmation phone call or email?
ALL orders are confirmed by a phone call or email. If you haven't received
one yet, it may be because your order was placed before or after business hours. Calls are made next day between 9am and 5pm.
Be patient, everyone wants a bite of our yummy cookies!
*If you have not received a call by the next day, please call us because your
order may not have reached us, or either one of our systems could have an email script error.
Who will deliver my cookies?
Most days,
(local Pgh. BRIDAL delivery) it is yours truly, Bailey's Mom (Amber)...other days, it is anyone here who is up for the drive.
What
if i want completely custom shapes, colors etc..?
Attention Bridezilla's and control freaks...we will do our best to work with you.

I don't see a cookie collection for an occassion I want. Can you make something custom?

for Bailey's Mom, and we will do our best to work with you. We are always open to new ideas, and there is usually nothing
we can't create!
What if I want an odd number of cookies?
Our cookie colections are designed to be sold by the dozen only. With
the exception of some individually wrapped party favors, which are sold per cookie. Orders over 200+ cookies, we will make an
exception- call 412-461-6238.
What if I missed my Bridal delivery?
ONE attempt will be made to deliver your cookies to the address specified,
on the date and time agreed upon in the confirmation phone call...No answer, no cookies!
